    HTS is responsible for torque fastening and repair of key flanges in atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit and catalytic unit. HTS provided professional hydraulic fastening tools and end face processing machines, and arranged professional technical engineers to manage the torque of flange connection integrity in the enterprise, and successfully completed the work. None of the flanges fastened with constant torque under the responsibility of HTS leaked from trial operation to start-up with a leakage rate of 0, saving time, manpower and material resources during the start-up of equipment.
