Dalian Hengli Petrochemical 20 million tons / year refining and chemical integration project

        HTS Company participated in Hengli Petrochemical's 20,000,000-ton/year refining-systematization project (with an investment of 80 billion yuan), and fixed torque fastening work was done for flanges of wax oil hydrocracking unit, Shinaopo hydrogenation unit, diesel hydrogenation unit, PSA hydrogen concentration unit and reforming unit. Through careful analysis of the site, investigation of working conditions, and communication with the owner and the construction party, HTS worked out a scientific and reasonable management plan, and selected the best fastening tools, especially the bolt tensioner fastening for the large bolts and the loose compression at temperature, which greatly improved the fastening efficiency and reliability. During the whole process, careful training, precise construction, strict supervision and reasonable control helped the owner solve many difficult problems. Among many contractors, HTS was rated as the best technical team by the owner and was designated as the only enterprise to guarantee transportation.
